Beacon Acquisition Partners, Inc. (BAP) was incorporated in March 2007 and is a Capital Pool Company (CPC). The mission of Beacon Acquisition Partners is to be the bridge that connects the management of development-stage or growth stage companies with access to public financial markets.
The Board of Beacon Acquisition Partners offers diverse skills. The members have extensive operational, legal, financial and sales and marketing expertise. They have a successful track record of assisting enterprises in every phase of development.
